Assalamualaikum ~

Hai. Kebelakangan ni agak panaskan kat Malaysia? Fuh, kalau peluh tu boleh ditadah, berbaldi-baldi air peluh tu. Selera nak makan pun dah kurang tak tahu lah kenapa. Anyway, pagi pagi dah mencari resepi yang sedap dimakan untuk orang sakit. EH, saya tak sakit. Hahaha. Just tak ada selera. Agaknya tekak ni nak cuba recipe baru kut. So tadi jumpa korean food yang namanya Japchae (Chap Chae)

Haaa, ni dia Japchae. Anyway, bulgogi tu gunalah daging ayam ^^ Belum cuba lagi but soon, maybe I'll make it. Hehehe.

Anddd, ada lagi satu makanan korea yang mesti dirasa. Well, untuk orang yang makan pedaslah.

Ini quick recipe making kimchi. Try it ^^

Ni pun quick recipe making mushroom soup. Tahu kan? Bila kita pergi pizza hut pastu dia hidangkan dulu mushroom soup? Urghh, sedapp sangat !! *start imagining*

My mom LOVE chinese food since she was young and teach me a little bit about chinese cooking. So I was wondering what type of food I want to make for her. So I decided searching for WANTAN MEE. Here's the recipe I look by asking Uncle Google

Ingredients
Wantan noodles, 1 serving

Gravy
Garlic, 3 pcs, chopped finely
Light soya sauce, 1 table spoon
Dark Soya Sauce, ½ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Chicken meat, 100 gms, minced
Vegetable oil, 1 table spoon
Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon
Spring onions for garnishing, 1 stalk, cut into small piece

Blanch wantan noodle in boiling water and then put in cold water for a short while. Then blanch it again with boiling water and put aside. Put vegetable oil in wok and sautéed garlic until golden brown. Add a little water, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, salt, chicken meat, sesame oil and oyster sauce. Add a little corn flour mixed with water to thicken the gravy a little. Pour the gravy over the noodles and mixed well. Garnish with spring onions and serve.

Wondering how it look like? Here's the picture ~

Harap sangat nanti bila dah masak menjadi ^^
